I’ve reached the stage where I pretty much think this challenge is impossible. I started on the project and so far I’ve got maybe one third of a sleeve. I still have another sleeve, the front, back, lapels and collar to go, not to mention seaming them altogether.
Also it’s fairly ridiculous since I could buy a wool coat or get wool cloth to make a coat, and it would take me far less time and effort. But then again the idea behind this was to get a taste of how clothes were made and so I’d value this way more since I put so many hours into it.
This was my progress last night I believe. Slow going but I hope to be faster in upcoming days. I may have to learn how to knit more efficiently as well.
